Accounting Clerk

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for performing general clerical duties to include photocopying, faxing, mailing, mail distribution, and filing. Additional responsibilities include proofing correspondence and vendor statements, invoice filing and follow-up.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Additional duties include supporting business needs during startup and shut down periods, and assisting with sold motorhome paperwork and delivery.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Starting Wage Range: $16.00 per hour plus $1.00 per hour Time Card Bonus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Be able to work under deadline pressure
  • Must be very detail oriented
  • Must be able to successfully accomplish basic accounting and bookkeeping activities
  • Must be able to accurately type 50 words per minute
  • Must be proficient with computers as well as Windows XP, Excel, Word
  • Must have consistent and reliable work attendance

  • High School diploma
  • 2 years clerical and bookkeeping experience

Sales Consultant

The successful Sale Consultant will assure that all customers are greeted in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner and will present a professional product presentation. The Sales Consultant will understand the company's commitment to total customer satisfaction. The Sales Consultant will perform all record keeping duties required, and always look for new ways to present the company's products to prospective customers.


Work Commitments:

  • Five days a week including weekends, 1/2 hour lunch, occasionally six days a week. This position requires 45 to 50 hours per week. The daily schedule requires that the Sales Consultant be present until all customers have been taken care of regardless of scheduled closing time.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma.
  • Must have 2 years successful rv sales experience.
  • Must have current Alaska driver's license, and clean driving record and maintain same during employment. Current copy of driving record is required.
  • Must be able to consistently present the business and products in a positive and upbeat style. Customers need to hear a "smile" over the phone and in person.
  • Requires stong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be on time for all shifts and scheduled meetings.
  • Must be a product knowledge expert and have outstanding time management skills.

We are located at 9800 Old Seward Highway .

  • Half way between Dimond Blvd. and O'Malley Blvd., between E. 94th and 100th Street, our beautiful, new 27,000 sq.ft. motorhome rental and sales dealership is next to United Rentals on the (west) side of the street. Look for our large green and white sign, turn into our driveway and park in front of the main building. Enter the glass showroom where signs will direct you to the hallway and stairs leading to the second floor administrative offices.
